Photo-based rental platform introduces instant messaging feature and verified lister profiles, helping apartment hunters avoid scams

With RadPad's updated app, (apartment) "hunters" can leverage Quick Message, an instant messaging platform to directly communicate with property owners, making it easy to ask questions and set up viewings. RadPad also adds Lister Profiles, creating a brand page for property owners to create a profile and show all of their listings. The app allows property owners to upload videos for a convenient virtual tour.

The app already features curated photos of listings, a location-based search that helps 'hunters' find apartments wherever they are, and verified listings to filter out potential scammers.
