FENTON, Mich., April 22, 2010 — CO2Meter.com, a manufacturer and distributor of carbon dioxide and other gas-sensing products, announced Robert Walden has been hired as the new National Sales Manager. Robert will be responsible for representing the CO2Meter.com product line in all 50 states and Canada.
Robert brings an extensive background in gas detection equipment and over ten years of experience providing solutions for a wide range of industries including chemical, oil & gas, automotive, food & beverage, industrial refrigeration, municipal water treatment, HVAC, and pulp & paper. Working closely with safety managers and engineering, he has been pivotal in addressing environmental safety concerns and building safety procedures for many Fortune 500 firms.
Prior to joining CO2Meter, Robert was the Sales and Marketing Director for M&M Systems, an engineering control firm specializing in industrial refrigeration. He was responsible for product development and establishing sales channels within new and existing markets.
In addition to his experience in the industrial gas detection industry, Robert is an expert in OSHA and NIOSH safety requirements, with a focus on how gases react together in different environments as well as their impact on human health.
