Mr. Fredericks brings experience managing open source web frameworks with a focus on customer needs, business solutions, and product quality. This appointment is effective immediately.

He has experience in global strategic partner development: designing, developing, marketing, and selling for Internet platforms. Mr. Fredericks is an award winning web platform developer (at Intel's Wind River division), and software business developer (at GE). He has built, supported, and taught compiler and debugger development tools for software OEM vendors. He has managed the roll out of a new software platform as a service for Motorola going from thousands of users to a million users. He has been a CTO for two eLearning companies where he has developed unique video distribution with social networking. As CEO he successfully sold his first startup and arranged for long term software support from a fortune 500 company. He was the editor for two software trade magazines responsible for the editorial calendars, interviews with leading software executives, and evaluation of new software initiatives by both large and startup companies that drove an increasing subscriber base.
