Residents in Oceanside, Carlsbad, Vista, San Marcos, and Solana Beach are able to participate in a new government solar financing program, Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE). This innovative program allows property owners to finance solar power systems through their property taxes without any money out-of-pocket and without a credit score requirement.
