StickNFind Demonstrates Connected Applications at CES 2014 with Beacon Developer Kit for Popular Bluetooth Stickers

Post-show hack fest gives developers crash course on Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) applications

LAS VEGAS, Jan. 7, 2014 /PRNewswire/ — 3.5 billion Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) consumer and enterprise devices are expected to ship in 2014. After making its debut at CES 2013, StickNFind (www.sticknfind.com), creators of the popular StickNFind Bluetooth location stickers, will host its first-ever developer conference on Tuesday, Jan. 7, starting at 5:30 p.m., in Room S227-B in the Las Vegas Convention Center.

During the conference, StickNFind will give developers an overview of StickNFind's iOS and Android SDK, review the Enterprise Beacon's support for iBeacon and discuss new characteristics of its BLE stack.  StickNFind will discuss Indoor Navigation, asset tracking and inventory management technology by demonstrating cutting edge, customized apps, cloud solutions and advanced Encryption and authentication of Beacons.

The StickNFind is the quarter-sized, BLE-enabled location sticker that keeps tabs on anything, from your wallet and keys to your cat. Using BLE, the sticker is tracked through a free, downloadable smartphone app, available on Android and iOS.

In late 2013, StickNFind unveiled the first Android Software Development Kit (SDK) for BLE technology, giving Android developers the ability to create new applications that leverage SticKNFind's unique tracking features. The SDK is compatible with other indoor positioning systems, including the iBeacon and snfBeacon.

StickNFind will also introduce its Enterprise Beacon and exhibit consumer location stickers at Booth #6036in the North Hall, iLounge Pavilion.
