He succeeds Mark Ganley of AH&T Insurance as the 2012 Chairman. Spencer is responsible for the leadership of the board in 2013 and will leverage his industry and leadership expertise to ensure that TechAssure is consistent with their business objectives.

She will report to the Executive Committee and Chairman.
