In this role Noble will be responsible for cultivating and growing the firm's client base and brand recognition. He will also be charged with implementing both Six Sigma and Lean methodologies to improve the firm's search execution and transactional processes.

Noble has more than 18 years of operations experience and has held executive-level positions with both General Electric and The Stanley Works. Most recently, Noble held the position of director of global operations for Stanley-Bostitch, the second largest division of The Stanley Works. In that role, Noble had responsibility for more than 1,900 manufacturing and professional associates, overseeing four plants in the United States and global operations in Italy, Poland, Mexico and China, supporting sales in excess of $500 million. Noble holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and is a graduate of GE's Manufacturing Management Program.
