Timberlake Cabinetry and Hyphen Solutions Partner to Implement SupplyPro Connect

WINCHESTER, Va., and ADDISON, Texas, June 24, 2015 /PRNewswire/ — Timberlake Cabinetry and Hyphen Solutions today announce the successful integration of Hyphen Solution's SupplyPro Connect with Timberlake Cabinetry's Maestro CRM/Project Management application to electronically manage the Supply Chain relationship between Timberlake and their homebuilder customers.

Founded in 1998, Hyphen Solutions provides 35,000 users with industry-leading supply chain management, collaboration, and scheduling solutions for North America's top home builders and their suppliers. Hyphen solution's platform has connected and served over 400 builder divisions and built more than 100,000 new homes in 2014.  This existing network executed over 15 million homebuilder purchase orders last year totaling in excess of  $15 billion in PO dollars.

Timberlake Cabinetry is a division of American Woodmark Corporation, the third largest manufacturer of kitchen cabinets in the United States. Timberlake® cabinets is a turnkey supplier of kitchens and baths to major homebuilders through a network of builder service centers across the country.

Timberlake Cabinetry is a long-standing client of Hyphen Solutions, and uses SupplyPro to manage the business relationship with its major homebuilder customers.  SupplyPro provides real time viewing/updating of releases, scheduled, purchase order details, business documents, collaboration notes, and invoice payment via a web portal.  It is a secure way to effectively manage the complex transactions between trading partners.

SupplyPro Connect is a logical extension of SupplyPro, providing suppliers with a way to directly integrate the SupplyPro transactions into the supplier's back office IT systems.  This eliminates the need for manual data entry between the SupplyPro web portal and the supplier's line of business applications.  SupplyPro Connect utilizes an industry standardized XML format to interchange these transactions between the homebuilders and suppliers.

Timberlake Cabinetry's IT team began the integration process in late Summer 2014 with SupplyPro Connect by building the B2B messaging infrastructure utilizing Microsoft's BizTalk Server and Microsoft's SQL Server products.  Both of these server products are used extensively in Timberlake Cabinetry's custom developed line of business applications.

Once testing was completed on the B2B infrastructure, work began on integration with the line of business applications.  Initial integration work was completed in December 2014.  Pilot testing, followed by full systems rollout was completed in January/February 2015, culminating with the completion of the initial phases of the project.
