In her new role, Jones will report directly to Carolyn and Mary Kiely. Jones will be responsible for identifying, building, and managing new operating centers throughout the Northeast. Previously, Jones was the Executive Manager of Operations for a large distribution company. In that position, she was responsible for overseeing Field Operations, Contact Center Operations, Distribution Center and Human Resources.
