Both Signature Contracting Services and entegra technologies plan to utilize received growth capital for various future endeavors
DALLAS, July 3, 2014 /PRNewswire/ — TWV Capital Management (TWV Capital) announces the closing of a $2.5 million investment by Texas Women Ventures Fund II, L.P. and Texas Women Ventures Fund-Side, L.P. ("TWV") in entegra technologies, inc. ("entegra"), the industry leader in customizable, modular tablets.
TWV Capital also announces the closing of a $3.5 million investment by the same funds in Signature Contracting Services, L.L.C. ("Signature") Signature is an infrastructure contracting and services company, and will use the growth capital to service its increasing backlog of current infrastructure projects in Texas and the Southwestern United States.
Both portfolio companies are located in North Texas and both closings took place on June 12, 2014.
