The New York based designer will share her ideas and discuss how art can inspire design in her first speaking engagement in South Florida, March 28 and March 29 at the Miami Home Design and Remodeling Show. The show takes place March 27-30 at the Miami Beach Convention Center.
Vanessa's modern and stylized interiors incorporate classic décor, specializing in high-end residential homes, commercial venues, and hospitality facilities. As a powerful and successful brand, Vanessa Deleon is perceived as influential in design. Vanessa is continuously increasing possibilities for both herself as well as her company Vanessa DeLeon and Associates in New York. Vanessa is embracing her Hispanic roots by branching out to the Latin community and partnering with the Statewide Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of NJ. Furthermore, she was the recipient of the 2014 Latina Trail Blazer Award for her efforts in the community.
Her impressive resume includes her most recent competition on NBC's American Dream Builders. A featured designer on the hit show Restaurant Impossible-The Food Network, HGTV's Generation Renovation, Designer Challenge, Bang for your Buck, Design Star, DIY's Rev Run's Renovation, Ice Loves Coco and Bravo's Million Dollar Listing. She has made guest appearances on The Better Show, NBC's Today Show, and is a contributing designer for Open House NYC. Vanessa had a segment on PIX 11 "Vanessa to the Rescue" and was a featured host and designer for You Tube's Channel Spaces TV "Your Place is a Deal Breaker". In 2007, the IFDA and legendary Jaime Drake named Vanessa as the Rising Star of Interior Design.
