Wayne is a Nationally Certified Military Relocation Specialist and has been an instructor for the National Association of Realtors since 1992, and a Washington State Approved Instructor since 1989. "I served as a Navy Hospital Corpsman -Fleet Marine Force so my heart goes out to the Military families who have to relocate," says Wayne.
