Zeitgeist Creator Peter Joseph's Culture in Decline Season Finale: "Tale of Two Worlds" Released September 6

LOS ANGELES, Sept. 6, 2013 /PRNewswire/ — Controversial filmmaker and social activist Peter Joseph, of Gentle Machine Productions LLC, made world famous by his counter-culture/social revolution film series under the banner title of "Zeitgeist", will release the final episode of season one of his online satire series Culture in Decline, Friday, September 6th at 8pm PST. This free, public access style parody show will conclude the six episode season with a summation of the core purpose of the series, presenting a pseudo science fiction tale of two possible futures, each reflecting extremes of human potential and possibility based on current trends.

Titled the "Tale of Two Worlds", Culture in Decline has achieved a substantial fan base in its first season, six episode run, with nearly 5 million channel views via youtube.com alone. The premise of the show is described, as per cultureindecline.com, as a "a satirical yet serious expression that challenges various cultural phenomena existing today which most of society seem to take for granted. Nothing is considered sacred in this Series except for a detached benchmark of fundamental logic and reason – forcing the viewer to step out of the box of "Normality" and to consider our societal practices without traditional baggage and biases. Common themes include Politics, Economics, Education, Security, Religion, Vanity, Governance, Media, Labor, Technology and other issues centric to our daily lives."

The show routinely features prominent special guests such as comedian Lee Camp and Katie Goodman; Emmy award winning actor Rick Overton and others. In episode six, notable female rapper and activist Kelle Mazie will be featured. The show has been praised by various counter culture icons, such as Joe Rogan, who stated: "Peter Joseph is asking the questions and proposing the possible solutions that we should be demanding from the elected leaders of this crazy world. His brilliant analysis of this ridiculous system we're operating under is one of the most important voices for change in this generation."

Peter Joseph has not stated the future of the show after the first season conclusion but gestures that a second season will follow in late 2014, after his upcoming feature film release titled "InterReflections". Joseph maintains a variety of media activism from being the curator of The Zeitgeist Media Arts Festival, founder of The Zeitgeist Movement, while also a professional filmmaker. In 2013, he also directed the official, hit music video "God is Dead?"  by the reunited rock legend group Black Sabbath, which used imagery from his Zeitgeist Film Series for the nine minute film short.
